Bedrooms:
One bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a skylight; second bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and bunk bed with mountain views. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. Bed linen is provided and is not included in the price (CHF 15.00 per person).

Living room:
The apartment was renovated in 2018 and features a spacious open living area with a kitchen/dining area. The living room includes a dining table with benches and chairs, a large leather sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Balcony with morning and afternoon sun. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven and microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a tabletop grill/raclette oven, and fondue accessories. Kitchen linens, cleaning supplies, and most common spices are provided.

Bathroom:
The spacious bathroom with natural light features a bathtub, a separate shower, double sinks, and a washing machine. The toilet with sink is separate from the bathroom. Towels are available upon request and are not included in the price.

The nearly new 3½-room apartment (85 m²) for 6 people is located in Obersaxen-Valata, right next to the ski slope and the valley station. Ski storage room available. In summer, it is the perfect starting point for hiking and biking tours.
The apartment is on the upper floor, directly above the Talstation Valata restaurant. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of Piz Mundaun and other mountains in the Surselva region. Very quiet location.
