Location and general information: The Chesa Melcher is one of the many historical buildings in the village of Zuoz. The apartment on the ground floor of the house has been renovated, retaining the old elements without sacrificing comfort. This is a unique apartment with a modern standard and the cozy the origins of ancient times. The Chesa Melcher is located at the end of the ski slope in the village, near the valley station of the Chastlatsch chairlift. The train station and the village center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. In winter, the stop of the free local bus, in summer of the train that goes to the national park, is located right on the doorstep. The single garage in the house, which belongs to the apartment on the ground floor, can also be used to accommodate skis and bicycles. The two apartments in the house share a laundry room in the basement. There is no lift available in the Chesa Melcher. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Melcher.
