1 bedroom: A bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables and two lamps, a wardrobe. The shelves on the wall offer plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage.

Living room:
An open, bright living space with kitchen/dining area. The living room features a dining table with four chairs, a cozy three-piece sofa group and a shelf with flat-screen TV. From the living room you can access the balcony with a dreamlike panoramic view towards Brigels. Wi-Fi throughout the apartment (free of charge). A flat-screen TV with cable connection.

Kitchen:
The kitchen was renovated in 2016. It is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, raclette oven and fondue caquelon.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet/washbasin.

Interior:
The attic apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and the kitchen was completely modernized in 2016. The walls are partially made of wood.

The 3-room apartment (1st floor) and the 2-room apartment (attic, 3rd floor) are located in a multi-family house with a total of 4 apartments. The "Uf am Stutz" house is situated in the hamlet of Misanenga in a sunny location and close to the 4-person chairlift Misanenga - Untermatt and Chummenbühel. The basement contains a ski and drying room. A parking space is available directly at the house. Great views of the beautiful mountains just a few minutes' walk from the chairlift and from the Rufalipark with lake (free of charge).

The Chummenbühel ski lift can be reached on skis. The ice rink, the Rufalipark - leisure facility with lake and large playground - and the new 4-person chairlift Misanenga-Untermatt are a 5-minute walk away. Shopping facilities are located in Obersaxen-Affeier (10-minute walk) and in Obersaxen-Meierhof (2-minute drive).
