Bedroom:
1 bedroom: A bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables and two lamps, and a wardrobe. The shelves on the wall provide plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage.

Living room:
An open-plan, bright living area with a kitchen/dining area. The living room features a dining table with four chairs, a cosy three-piece sofa suite and a shelf with a flat-screen TV. The living room leads out onto the balcony, which offers a stunning panoramic view towards Brigels. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat (free of charge). There is a flat-screen TV with a cable connection.

Kitchen:
The kitchen was renovated in 2016. It is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic hob, an oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a raclette oven and a fondue caquelon.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet/washbasin.

Interior:
The penthouse flat is furnished in a contemporary style and the kitchen was fully modernised in 2016. Some of the walls are panelled with wood.

The three-room flat (first floor) and the two-room flat (top floor, third floor) are situated in a block of flats comprising a total of four flats. The ‘Uf am Stutz’ house is situated in the hamlet of Misanenga in a sunny spot, close to the Misanenga–Untermatt 4-seater chairlift and Chummenbühl. There is a ski and drying room in the basement. A parking space is available right next to the house. Stunning views of the beautiful mountains, just a few minutes’ walk from the chairlift and the Rufalipark with its swimming lake (free of charge).

The Chummenbühl ski lift is accessible on skis. It is a 5-minute walk to the ice rink, to Rufalipark – a leisure park with a swimming lake and a large playground – and to the new 4-seater chairlift from Misanenga to Untermatt. Shopping facilities are available in Obersaxen-Affeier (10 minutes’ walk) and in Obersaxen-Meierhof (2 minutes by car).
