Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms: One large bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath; one bedroom with a double bed; and one bedroom with a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes or chests of drawers. Bed linen is provided.

Living room:
An open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area. The living room features an open-plan fireplace (wood is provided), a three-piece leather sofa suite, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV (Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay), and a dining table with a bench and 3–5 chairs. A large balcony with an outdoor table and four chairs, and a gas barbecue. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat (free of charge).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with an oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a toaster, a kettle, a raclette grill and a fondue pot. Kitchen towels and 2 bin bags included.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms: one bathroom has a bath and a toilet/washbasin; the other bathroom has a shower and a toilet/washbasin. Towels are not provided.

Other:
Bed linen, kitchen towels, 2 Obersaxen bin bags, 1 garage space with a socket (220V) for e-bikes and electric cars

This cosy 4½-room flat (84 m²) with a fireplace and two bathrooms, situated on the second floor (no lift), is part of a block of flats comprising a total of six flats. The spacious and sunny balcony is the perfect place to relax, offering wonderful views of the mountains. In the basement, there is a dedicated storage area for skis and snowboards. A parking space in the underground car park with a 220V socket for an e-bike or electric car is also available. There are two visitor parking spaces in front of the building.

The flat is situated not far from the ski slope. To reach the Meierhof valley station, you simply need to cross the road and then continue on your skis to the valley station (approx. 3 mins). You can also ski straight from the slope right up to the front of the house. In summer, it’s a wonderful place for hiking, cycling or playing golf (Brigels/Sagogn). Rufali Park, with two tennis courts (which become an ice rink in winter), table mini-golf and a small swimming lake, is very close by (approx. 10 mins’ walk).

Shopping facilities are available in Affeier, Meierhof or Ilanz.
