The holiday apartment
The 3.5-room apartment (approx. 90 square meters), freshly renovated in 2020 and suitable for a maximum of 4 people, features a semi-open kitchen with dining area, a living room, a functional bathroom, and two bedrooms. It is furnished in a blend of old and new, with parquet flooring throughout (laminate in the kitchen). Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms: A large bedroom with a double bed (2 slatted frames and one mattress), fitted wardrobe, reading corner, and washbasin with mirrored cabinet. A second bedroom with two single beds, a fitted wardrobe, and washbasin. A cot is available on request. The beds are made up upon arrival.
Bathroom: The functional and bright bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower combination, a toilet, and a washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price.
Living room: The cozy living room with a view guarantees cozy evenings. It is furnished with a large sofa, coffee table, play corner (cushions and multi-game table), and a TV (80 cm diagonal).
Kitchen: The semi-open kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It includes a glass-ceramic hob, oven, new fridge with freezer compartment, new large dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. Raclette and fondue sets (cheese and meat), a multifunctional hand mixer, toaster, and kettle, microwave, as well as spices, various teas, and kitchen towels are provided and included in the price. The dining area with a rustic corner bench, table, and two chairs, plus a DAB+/Bluetooth radio, invites you to eat.
Casa Plauns-iu
The 3.5-room holiday apartment is located in an annex of a detached single-family house. Nearby is a disused construction site. The house is close to the village center, in a quiet location, free from road traffic. The apartment is directly on the cross-country ski trail, making it ideal for families with children. The separate entrance to the holiday apartment is on the first floor and accessible via an outdoor staircase. From the balcony and the bright apartment, you have a wonderful view of the mountains of the Upper Surselva and the unspoiled landscape of Sedrun. Next to the apartment's garden, there is a possibility to grill by arrangement. In the basement, there is a cellar where skis and ski boots can be stored in winter and bikes in summer (possibility to rent e-bikes on site). Free parking is available on the neighboring property (approx. 50 meters away). Additional parking spaces are available below the community center (3 minutes on foot / subject to a fee).
