The 400 years old, beautiful original Engadin house was renovated in a gently and stylish way. A jewel was emerged. IN LAIN is a romanesque term and means in english "wood". It is obvious that the house was built with high-quality wood of the Engadin. The entrance is warm and cozy, and dear guests, you will be warmly welcome in a snuggery made of Swiss stone pine.
3 of our special restaurants are located in the Engadin house Relais & Châteaux INLAIN hotel Cadonau. The restaurant La Stüvetta with its Talvo, the restaurant Käserei for tasty cheese fondues and the gourmet restaurant Vivanda (awarded with 1 Michelin star and 17 Gault&Millau points).
Additionally, the Engadin junior suite as well as the family rooms are located in this traditional Engadin house. From December 2011, 11 dream suites, a sun terrace, a bar/lounge complete the offer of the Relais & Châteaux INLAIN hotel Cadonau.
