The residential building "les Sérandes" is located on the first level of the resort of Les Collons, near the departure of the Trabanta chairlift, the supermarket and restaurants. The building enjoys a quiet and peaceful location. It is south facing. Ski lockers and laundry facilities are available to all tenants. It is possible to rent parking spaces near the building.

The flat is a 3 room (4 bedrooms) apartment for 8 people, located in the 4th basement of the Sérandes building in Les Collons.

It has an open kitchen: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, large fridge (with freezer section), filter coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fondue pot.
