Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds each for a total of 8 people. Please bring your own bed linen (beds 90x200, duvets 160x210/65x100).

Living room:
Large living room with oiled fir wood floors, historic furniture and an original soapstone stove from 1838. No TV, WLAN, and landline connection.

Kitchen:
Cozy and fully equipped living-dining kitchen with wood and electric stove, without oven. Kitchen linen and firewood available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. Please bring your own bathroom linen.

Other rooms:
Entrance and spacious wardrobe. Two sunny garden seating areas.

Be a guest at the Sper Caplutta vacation home, sit on the wooden bench in front of the house and listen to nature. Pure relaxation. Only the natural sounds far from civilization meet our ears. Next door you can buy alpine cheese and literature, and coffee is available at the cozy Ustria Val. The small hamlet of Val with its few farmhouses from the 17th and 18th centuries is a secluded gem at the foot of the Greina plateau - charmingly recognizable by the historic St. Margareta chapel from 1643, which proudly sits on the hill.

The house is accessible by public transportation and on foot from Chur in 1 hour to Rabius/Surrein station, then 60 minutes on foot to the hamlet of Val or by taxi - inquiry at Ustria Val. From the end of July to mid-October, the Alpin bus runs down to the valley, to the Sumvitg Val stop. By car, the Maiensäss can be reached from Zurich in approx. 2 hours. Access is guaranteed both in summer and winter. The tunnel gate can be opened at the push of a button.
