This cosy, rustic holiday cottage, with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, measures around 45m² and has an enclosed garage. The bathroom and kitchen were completely refurbished in 2013. The cottage is ideal for 2–4 people. Children are very welcome.

Notes: Tenants must bring their own towels. Cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental price.

This cosy little holiday cottage is situated on the outskirts of Surcuolm (Obersaxen/Mundaun municipality), close to the ski slope. The slope is easily accessible on foot or on skis (approx. 200 metres). The holiday cottage has an enclosed garage. You can relax or enjoy the stunning views on the lovely new wooden terrace or in the newly landscaped garden.

The village centre, with its post office, PostBus stop and restaurants, is about a 5-minute walk away.
