Remarks: Guests must bring their own bathroom linen. Cleaning and visitor's tax are included in the rental price.
The cozy little holiday home is located on the edge of Surcuolm (municipality of Obersaxen/Mundaun) close to the ski slope. It is easily accessible on foot or by skis (approx. 200m). The holiday cottage has a closed garage. You can relax on the beautiful new wooden terrace or in the newly laid garden and enjoy the wonderful view.
The village centre with post office, bus stop and restaurants is about a 5-minute walk away.
