Large, bright living room with a Swedish stove and TV. TV, DVD player, no satellite or cable TV. No WiFi or internet in the house.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). The rustic dining area with a corner bench and large table offers ample seating for all guests and invites you to linger.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, WC/lavatory, washing machine, and clothes dryer.
Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

This historic 5-room holiday home from the 19th century (120m²) is located in the old village center of Brigels and has been lovingly restored with great attention to detail.

From the bright living room with a Swedish stove or the cozy garden seating area, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. The lockable entrance hall provides space for storing skis or mountain bikes.

The house is situated in a beautiful, elevated location right next to the cross-country ski trail and close to the valley station/lake. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. Distance to the valley station of the mountain railways: 5 minutes on foot, 3 minutes on skis.

Parking is available directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property. Not wheelchair accessible.
