Chasa Perspectiva

Our PLAN SURA is a very spacious, beautiful holiday apartment for up to 10 people and is located on the middle floor of Chasa Perspectiva, right on the village square in Lavin. The beautifully renovated and spacious apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished.

In four double rooms, there are two single beds each, which can also be put together to form a double bed. There is also a double wardrobe, as well as a table and two chairs. There is also space for a cot for small children. The "Stübli" next to the living room can also be used as a single room, and the sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional bed.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is practical. Vinegar, oil and standard spices are available. There is a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. A fondue oven and a raclette set are available or can be borrowed from us.

In addition to the rooms, there is also a small laundry room and a beautiful terrace leading to the garden.

There is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as another small bathroom with a shower and washbasin and a separate small toilet, also with a washbasin.

Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The spacious hallway is located in the middle of the apartment. Since the accommodation is in the middle of the apartment building, this apartment is rather unsuitable for families with small children. The PALANTSCHIN would be a good alternative.

Our Chasa Perspectiva is located in the centre of Lavin, a small, welcoming mountain village in the heart of the rugged Lower Engadin. Within 1-3 minutes' walk from the accommodation, you will find the train station with a bistro, the VOLG village shop with tourist information and post office, a hotel with a restaurant, the Giacometti bakery with a café, a small sports field/ice rink, an original children's playground and various small businesses including our Bike Stop and the guitar workshop.

The holiday apartments are all located in the large apartment building in the village centre. Except for the Chasina, which is located about 10 minutes' walk away on the other side of the river.

All accommodations have dish towels. Towels must be brought along. Bed linen can be booked for an extra charge.

We are a non-smoking and pet-free accommodation.

Lavin is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, fishing or kayaking on the Inn. The dreamlike river section from Lavin-Scuol is one of Europe's most popular kayak routes! The hiking trails and bike routes start right outside the door. For example, the youngest part of the Swiss National Park, the beautiful Macun Lakes, can be reached directly from the accommodation in just over three hours. The location is also ideal in winter. For example, a beautiful cross-country skiing trail runs along the Inn, and with snowshoes you can be on idyllic forest paths in just a few minutes. The nearest ski resort is in Scuol and can be reached by car or train in about 20 minutes. The large ski resorts of St. Moritz and Klosters/Davos can also be reached within 45-60 minutes. The famous Schellen-Ursli mountain village of Guarda can also be seen from the accommodation and can be reached on foot in about 45-60 minutes.
