The core of our newly renovated house is a cosy tilt stove, which emanates a comforting warmth within the whole house. The living room and terrace offer a unique view on the “Unterengadiner Dolomites”. The dining room with a large, extensible wooden table invites to eat as well as to stay longer and play games or talk.
Our kitchen offers all practical equipment which professional and hobby cooks are looking for (check listing).
Right next to the large entry area, a sleeping room with 2 beds and next to it a shower with toilet are installed. The bathroom and three sleeping rooms, two of them with each 2 beds, one with 4 beds, are located in the upper floor.
On the terrace with an extensible dining table and grill or on the 2 balconies, you can enjoy the lovely Engiadina sun.
1 garage and 2 parking places are available. There is enough space for skis, bikes etc. in the woodshed. In the washing kitchen, a washing machine, a tumbler and a freezer are at your disposal. Beschreibung:
The generously equipped, newly renovated (2015) holiday home “Chasa Giavüsch” is located at the quiet, sunny southern hillside with a unique panorama. It comes with a modern equipment. The tile stove in a cosy living room invites you to stay. The large rooms offer enough space for 10 persons. A garage and 2 additional parking places, a large terrace and 2 balconies belong to the house as well. You reach the gondola as well as the train station within 10 minutes. In winter, good skiers ski from the village descent directly in front of the house.
