1 double bedroom with 2 mattresses 90 x 190, bedside tables with bedside lamps, chair for clothes storage and wardrobe. Bedding available for CHF 15.00 per person and stay. A cot can be reserved on request for CHF 10.00.

Living room:
Combined living and sleeping area with two wall beds with mattresses 90x190. Dining table, armchair and cable TV, radio, CD player, Wi-Fi available. Access to the south-facing balcony with garden chairs, garden table and sun umbrella. Living area new carpet 2018. Wardrobe with vacuum cleaner at the cloakroom.

Kitchen:
Separate kitchen equipped with dishes for double the number of people, pots and pans, kettle, coffee filter machine, fondue set, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and kitchen linen.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain, washbasin with mirrored cabinet and WC. Bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant. Can be provided on request for CHF 10.00 per person.

Quietly located 2-room apartment (56m2) for max. 4 people in a multi-family house on the 2nd floor with south-facing balcony. Windows with shutters. Not wheelchair accessible due to staircase. Numbered outdoor parking space right in front of the house. Landlady lives in Brigels and is personally on-site in case of emergency.

The manageable ski area/mountain railways, sports facilities (lake, mini-golf course, ...) and shopping opportunities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 170 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

Upon arrival, a waste bag, dish soap/dishwasher powder, household paper and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Snow clearing up to the front door by caretaker. Upon departure, the apartment should be broom-clean and the waste disposed of.
