Bedrooms:
On the ground floor: children’s playroom (with sleeping option), washing machine/tumble dryer and shower, garage or storage room
On the 1st floor: kitchen, living and dining room with child seat, access to garden seating area and balcony, TV, sofa, double bedroom, bathroom/WC, entrance area. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a bunk bed (upper bed 90x200, lower bed 140x200). Travel cot available.

Living room:
An open living area with dining area, dining table, benches, high chair, seating group, TV. Balcony facing south and garden seating area.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a large refrigerator and dishwasher. A raclette oven and a fondue set are part of every Swiss home. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
One bathroom with bathtub and WC. A separate shower with washing machine/tumble dryer.

The 5.5-room house is located in Reits, in the beautiful and quiet village of Surrein. Next to the house is a farm.

In winter, the house is directly on the Cadi cross-country ski trail.

2 parking spaces in front of the house. Pets are allowed. Non-smoking property.
