Bedrooms:
Ground floor: Playroom (with sleeping possibility), washing machine/dryer and shower, garage or storage room
First floor: Kitchen, living and dining room with high chair, access to garden seating area and balcony, TV, sofa, double bedroom, bathroom/WC, entrance area. Second floor: 2 bedrooms each with a bunk bed (top bed 90x200, bottom bed 140x200). Cot (travel cot) available.

Living room:
An open living space with dining area, dining table, benches, high chair, seating area, TV. Balcony facing south and garden seating area.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with oven, a large fridge and dishwasher. A raclette oven and a fondue caquelon belong in every Swiss home. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
A bathroom with bathtub and WC. A separate shower with washing machine/dryer

The 5.5 room house is located in Reits, in the beautiful and quiet village of Surrein. Next to the house is a farm.

In winter, the house is directly on the Cadi cross-country ski trail.

2 parking spaces in front of the house. Pets are allowed, non-smoking apartment.
