Furnishings
The apartment is freshly renovated. High-quality parquet flooring with underfloor heating throughout the apartment (except for vinyl in the kitchen and tiles in the bathroom). Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Living Room
Spacious living room with a large and cozy sofa and chaise longue. A small soapstone stove ensures a cozy atmosphere. A crate of wood is provided. Flat-screen TV with cable connection and internet access are available.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, an oven with steamer function, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), and a kettle. Additionally, a raclette oven, fondue set, and Chinese fondue set are available. A small table with two high chairs. A gas grill is located on the terrace. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom
One bathroom with a washbasin, a shower toilet, and a walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. Towels are provided and included.

Bedrooms
3 bedrooms: one very spacious bedroom with a large double bed and its own terrace; a second very spacious bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe; a third bedroom with a double bed. The booked beds are made up upon arrival.

Additional Rooms
The dining room features a large table with a bench and 4 chairs. The large terrace on the 1st floor is equipped with a table with 6 chairs, a gas grill, and an electronic awning. The small rooftop terrace (2nd floor) has a small table with 2 chairs and a sunshade. The spacious garage can accommodate 2 cars parked one behind the other. It can also be used to store skis, ski boots, and bicycles.

The 4.5-room holiday apartment (105m²) is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the guesthouse at Via Vedra 2a in Zarcuns, a small village in the municipality of Tujetsch. The beautiful, newly renovated apartment features a spacious terrace and a rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy the stunning views and the mountains. In addition to the garage, which can accommodate 2 cars, there is also an uncovered parking space available. A spacious garden is located below the house. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
