Our property is located outside the village in a quiet location. Chur with its beautiful old town, shopping facilities and the large outdoor and indoor pool is reachable by bus or car in a few minutes. The holiday and ski region Flims Laax Falera is half an hour away. In addition to a mattress accommodation and two double rooms, a large common room is available. Mattress accommodation and common room can be heated and are also usable in winter. A large children's playground is nearby.
