• Open-plan kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, no dishwasher.
• Living room with dining table and small lounge area, fireplace.
• Small shower room with WC

First floor:

• One large dormitory-style bedroom with three single beds (90/200)

• Terrace available with chairs and tables

PLEASE NOTE: The staircase leading to the first floor is a ladder-style staircase and is not suitable for children.

Small detached house set back from the road in L'Orient, close to the lake and a bus stop. With terrace and garden.
