The apartment has a larger entrance area, a kitchen, a bathroom/toilet, a living room, a bedroom and a room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric heating is available throughout the apartment. It can also be heated with a soapstone stove that radiates cosy warmth.
The bedroom has a large double bed and an additional single bed. It also has wardrobes and chests of drawers with mirrors. The beds are made up on arrival.

The bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is rather small. Towels are provided and included in the price.
Next to the bathroom is a room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. These are also included in the price. Washing powder is available.
Living room
The cosy, homely living room has a beautiful soapstone stove. Wood is provided, as well as electric heating. A dining table for five people and a cosy seating area with a TV. The couch (190x140cm) can be extended and offers sleeping space for two people.
The kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob, oven, fridge, and a dishwasher. Kitchen linen is provided. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fondue set and raclette oven available.
The apartment is in an older wooden house; the floors are fitted with parquet and vinyl. WiFi is available throughout the apartment.
 

The 2.5-room apartment (60 m2) is on the ground floor of a detached two-family house in the hamlet of Clavaniev. The house is in a beautiful location with a southern view. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the mountain panorama of the Medels glacier. The apartment is located directly on the long-distance hiking trail Surselva from Oberalppass to Chur.
A parking space is available. Skis and bicycles can be stored in the cellar or at the house entrance.
No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
