Bedrooms:
The holiday home has three bedrooms, all of which are located in the basement. Two bedrooms are fitted with 160 x 200 cm beds and the third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. Bed linen is provided on request and at an additional cost.

Living room:
A large, bright living room with a fireplace, Swisscom TV, Wi-Fi, radio and a study area on the upper floor.

Kitchen:
The kitchen, which features a fireplace, is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, a ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a fondue set and a raclette oven, as well as kitchen roll, paper napkins and spices. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price. A separate freezer is available.

Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms in the basement. One bathroom is fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet; the second has a large shower, washbasin and toilet. A guest toilet is located in the entrance hall. Towels are not provided.

Special features:
The holiday flat features a spacious sauna.

This detached house in the hamlet of Miraniga is in a quiet, sunny spot, situated right next to the ski slope (1,430 metres above sea level), with a private access road and a large car park which is cleared of snow in winter.

In summer, a well-maintained boccia court is ready for you to play on. A large seating area invites you to linger.

Distances: Rufalipark 10 mins’ walk, restaurant nearby, shops 20 mins’ walk, Ilanz 10 mins’ drive, Laax/Flims/Falera approx. 20 mins’ drive.
