Bedrooms:
The holiday home has three bedrooms located in the basement. Two rooms are equipped with 160 x 200 cm beds and the third room has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. Bed linen is available on request and for an additional charge.

Living room:
Large, bright living room with fireplace, Swisscom TV, Wi-Fi, radio and a work corner on the upper floor.

Kitchen:
The kitchen, which also features a fireplace, is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a fondue set and a raclette oven, kitchen paper, paper napkins and spices. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price. A separate freezer is available.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms are located in the basement. One bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, while the second has a large shower, washbasin and toilet. A guest toilet is located in the entrance area. Bath towels are not provided.

Special features:
The holiday apartment features a spacious sauna.

The single-family home in the hamlet of Miraniga is quiet, sunny and directly on the ski slope (1,430 m above sea level), with a private driveway and a large parking area that is cleared in winter.

In summer, a well-maintained bocce court is ready for you to play. A large seating area invites you to linger.

Distances: Rufalipark 10 min on foot, restaurant nearby, shopping option 20 min on foot, Ilanz 10 min by car, Laax/Flims/Falera approx. 20 min by car.
