Living room:
An open living area with kitchen and dining area, dining table with 6 leather chairs, leather sofa, sideboard, TV, stereo system. Private seating area.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine for ground coffee, a raclette oven, and a fondue set. Kitchen towels must be brought along.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a toilet/washbasin. Towels must be brought along.

The multi-family house with a total of 5 apartments is located on the outskirts of the village of Miraniga. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view. Garage, ski room, and storage space are available. The mountain railway station is directly accessible on skis in 2 minutes, with the return trip stopping right in front of the house.
