All the apartments have a south facing balcony with magnificent view on the Alps. The building has an elevator, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a ski locker. At the first floor of the building is "the Supermarket of la Muraz". Parking on demand (not included).
Sérandes 2 is a 3-room apartment for 4-6 pers, 75 m2. Hallway with closet, large living room with armchairs and sofa-bed, TV, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, south facing balcony. Bedroom with bunk beds and bedroom with a large bed. Shower and toilet. Pets accepted.
