Description
The stately house with almost 100 years of history offers all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2019. Upon entering, the view is directed to the historic wooden staircase, which connects all floors of the house. On the high ground floor there is a breakfast and lounge with access to the garden. On the two floors above there are 6 guest rooms with 2 spacious bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. The library with access to the balcony offers privacy to work, read or simply relax. In the Sous-Terrain there is the home cinema, the boarding room and the house bar with chilled drinks and snacks. The garden pavilion complements the offer to enjoy breakfast during the warm season, for example, or to read a book in the pleasant shade.
Sachseln is located halfway between Lucerne and Interlaken, on Lake Sarnen, which is surrounded by unobstructed slopes and snow-capped mountains. The Sarneraatal stretches from the Bruenig Pass to the Lopper on Lake Lucerne. In terms of traffic, it is connected to the national road network (A8) and the railway network (e.g. Central Railway). Verena's Boutique Villa is located next to Sachseln Train Station. A small park surrounds the stately house. Immediately next to the house there is a public car park (chargeable), a petrol station for electric cars, a car from Mobility Car-Sharing and the ship pier of the MS Seestern. A public sunbathing/bathing lawn on the lake is located 100 metres away, shopping shops can be found on Bahnhofstrasse and at the village square within walking distance.
