The apartment building, built in 2004, comprises seven residential units and is centrally located, about 500 meters from the cable car station. Thanks to the proximity to the inclined lift, you can easily reach the car-free village center. In winter, after a short ascent, you can ski directly to the lift and return right to your doorstep at the end of the ski day. In summer, numerous hiking trails lead through the impressive mountain landscape of the UNESCO World Heritage site Jungfrau-Aletsch.
