Bedroom:
Spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed, plus a travel cot. Large wardrobe, flat-screen TV. The loft has two skylights: in summer they can be opened manually; in the winter months, when there is snow on the roof and the windows, it is not possible to open them.
Bed linen is included in the price.

Living room:
An open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area. The living room features a dining table with a corner bench and three chairs, a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio (DAB+), Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a table and chairs (east-facing, morning sun).

Kitchen:
Modern kitchen: gas hob, oven, fridge, hand blender, kettle, toaster, Delizio capsule (free) coffee machine, fondue and raclette set, saucepans and frying pans, crockery and cutlery for 6 people.
Kitchen linen is not provided.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin; terry towels are not provided.

Gallery Holiday Flat No. 8 on the 2nd floor, measuring 50 m², is situated in a block of flats comprising 9 flats.

The building is just a few minutes’ walk from the Misanenga-Untermatt chairlift. In winter, you can ski right up to the front of the building. From the balcony, there is a wonderful view of the Surselva mountain landscape. A ski storage room is available in the basement.

The Misanenga valley station is a 7-minute walk away; right next to it is the Rufalipark, which features a large free ice rink in winter. In summer, there is a swimming lake with a sunbathing area and parasols, a kiosk, a large fire pit with a table, seating and parasols, two tennis courts, a Pit-Pat facility with 18 tables, a large playground and a year-round indoor play centre.
