The apartment was built in 2020 within the host's commercial-residential building. It is very quietly located and offers a magnificent view of the Elm mountain world. With a bit of luck, you can even observe wildlife from the covered terrace.

You can reach the Elm ski lifts in just 3 minutes on foot.

Families and children are very welcome. There are plenty of toys available for all ages.
