The loft has four separate bedrooms (max. 8 persons), two bathrooms, a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a very spacious living area with a six meter long solid wooden table. The Suite is a very good choice for those who appreciate modern design, stylish furnishings and a custom charm.

The former spinning mill at lake Walen has been transformed into attractive lofts with lake and mountain views. Also on the permises: artist studios, offices, infrastructure and a small hotel. The area houses an indoor tennis court, wellness/fitness, various seminar and creativity rooms. The lake is a short walk away and it takes you only a few minutes to the lido (free of charge) or to the well known restaurant sagibeiz, where SUPs and canoes can be rented. Further watersport activities are available closeby: wakeboard, waterski, kitesurfing, windsurfing and many more. The region is also a biker's paradise. The valley station of the Flumserberg (winter and summer sports) is located in the next village (2.9 km driving distance).
