Guest toilet, laundry area with washing machine and dryer. 2 indoor parking spaces^4th basement, No 7 & 8, ski locker 1st^{basement No} 14, wifi connection. Non-smoking apartment and pets not allowed. Household liability insurance requested If tenants have one, a deposit of CHF 1,500.00 will be required upon arrival. If they do not have one, a deposit of CHF 3,000.00 will be required upon arrival.

Bedrooms: 1st bedroom with a large double bed (200x200), a TV and an en-suite shower room.^2nd bedroom with large double bed (200x200). Master bedroom with 2 mattresses (90x200) and a full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower and bath) – duvets: 160x200 and cushions 60x90.

Kitchen equipment: Steamer, oven, toaster, induction hob, cheese fondue and raclette set, coffee machine (capsules).

Additional equipment: Washing machine, hairdryer, basic cleaning products, hand soaps and dishes – 1 garbage bag* provided on arrival with 1 dishwasher tablet*

(*for the rest of the stay, these products are at the expense of the tenant)

Terrace equipment: outdoor lounge for 4-5 people, 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and 1 large table.
