Valais Panorama Tour

After a restful night in the mountains, your mountain bike adventure through the Valais begins. The water of the Grimsel reservoir sparkles in the morning light. A thrilling descent to Goms sees for a change of scenery. In Reckingen, gnarled brown wooden houses dot the landscape. A few kilometres further on, the glistening peaks of the Valais four-thousanders greet you. Where else could you find a better contrast to the deep blue sky other than on the sunny terrace in the village of Bellwald? After cycling through the narrow Twingi Gorge, you arrive in the Binn Valley. With no light pollution, on clear nights the starry sky never fails to astound. At the end of the journey, the Saflisch Pass, with its stunning views, comes into view. The lush green of the Riederwald forest marks the end of the Valais Panorama bike trail.
