It is also possible to use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. Sauna is available in the house (access through games room / coin-operated). Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat. The fireplace may not be used. Lift is not available.

Neighbourhood: Various restaurants, the post office and a small grocery store are just a 10 to 15-minute walk away.
Transport: A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away in winter, taking you to the Falera valley station. The bus stop for Laax, Flims, Ilanz and Chur is approx. 10 minutes' walk away (approx. 500m).
