The 3.5-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The ski slope/hiking trail/bike trail are right on the doorstep, so the fun can begin or end right outside the house. Obersaxen and the surrounding area also offer a wide range of entertainment options and excursion destinations.

- Living room: The cosily furnished living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. Access to the covered balcony (balcony furniture/awning available. PS: tree on the left in the picture has been felled)

- Hallway: Entrance area with cloakroom.

- 1st bedroom: double bed and small wardrobe

- 2nd bedroom: bunk bed (90 cm wide at the top, 140 cm wide at the bottom) and large wardrobe

- Kitchen: The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. Induction hob, combi oven/microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and fondue caquelon, etc.

- Bathroom (shower/WC/mirror cabinet/shelves): not yet modernised, but practical/functional (hairdryer available)

The ski and bicycle room is located in the basement of the house. The flat has a parking space right outside the front door (further parking spaces available).

Non-smoking accommodation, family-friendly, pets not allowed, not wheelchair-accessible.
