The house is situated at the beginning of the village and very close to the small shop selling farm produce (milk, butter, cheese, eggs, salsiz). It has two bedrooms, each with two beds. The bathroom and kitchen were remodelled in 2010. The parlour with separate dining area extends across the entire front width of the house. The large windows, as well as the large terrace in front, provide an unobstructed view of the beautiful mountains of the Lower Engadine. The house also has a garage and a garden. Hiking trails invite you to enjoy beautiful experiences in all seasons. The Motta Naluns ski area with pistes of varying difficulty and a children's area is 11.5 km away. There are two restaurants in the village. And not to forget what the locals are spoilt with all year round: you can also simply enjoy relaxing peace and quiet.
