Cosy and simple detached small holiday home at the end of a private road in the middle of nature. The house is situated on the edge of a wooded area, surrounded by chestnut trees and palm trees, with a view of the Magadino plain and the mountains. It has a covered seating area with barbecue. The house has a pool suitable for children and a private car park right behind the house. Agarone is close to the centres (Bellinzona, Locarno, Ascona) and close to beautiful excursion destinations (Verzasca Valley, Lake Maggiore, Sassariente etc). A car is an advantage, but there is also a bus station in the village (5 min. on foot). If you are travelling by public transport, you need to be well informed, as the connections are not so frequent.The interior of the house is mainly made of wood. The bedrooms are small and have no doors (somewhat ring-shaped).Practical laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional large fridge.The house is suitable for nature lovers who enjoy active holidays and want to be undisturbed.
