The newly renovated detached house Chesa La Rösa is located at the most beautiful panoramic location on the slope above the old village center of Zuoz. The house is very quiet and sunny on a residential street. Two single garages below the property belong to the house. There is no possibility to park outdoors. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed at Chesa La Rösa. Smoking is not allowed in the house. The Chesa La Rösa is equipped for eight people. If up to a maximum of 4 people are present, only the upper two floors of the house can be rented at a correspondingly lower price.
Room layout:
The Chesa La Rösa is spread over a total of three floors. The house entrance is very spacious and offers space for wardrobe and luggage. A small staircase leads to the ground floor, which houses a children's room with four bunk beds, a separate TV room, a bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet, as well as the laundry room. Upstairs you get to the first floor with kitchen, living and dining room and exit to the garden and the loggia. The kitchen is modern and is located in a separate room with windows. The large panoramic window in the living room opens the view over Zuoz and to the opposite mountain range. The large cheminée in the living room provides cosiness. There is also a second TV set in the living room. A further staircase finally leads to the attic, where a double bedroom with balcony, a children's room with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet are arranged. From the living room you can access an exceptionally large sun terrace with a covered loggia, which invites you to linger both in summer and in winter. Animals can be regularly observed in the garden.
Facilities:
The property is very well equipped. The living room has comfortable upholstered furniture and a large dining table. The loggia is also equipped with a spacious dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob with a steam extractor, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is very well equipped and contains everything you need for cooking or baking. Both TVs are operated via Swisscom-TV. W-Lan is available free of charge.
