The house is not directly accessible to vehicles. In the house there is a ski room, a bicycle storage room and a spacious laundry room. Pets are not allowed at Chesa Islas. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A reserved garage space is available in one of the three collective garages in the district.

The kitchen in the Chesa Islas has already been renovated, the bedrooms and the bathrooms are still in their original condition. The apartment is cozy and furnished for children. The new kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. The apartment is equipped with Sunrise TV and free Wi-Fi.
