Description
The flat house is located in a slightly elevated position behind a small forest, just a few minutes' walk from the sports bus stop and village centre, making it central yet quiet. Our family-friendly 3.5 room flat with 6 beds is located on the ground floor and has a garden seating area. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you can enjoy sunshine from morning to evening. The children can play or sledge safely on the large lawn while you enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains.
The well-kept and well-equipped flat consists of a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower screen, a bedroom with double bed and another room with a bunk bed. In addition, one or two beds can be folded down from a foldaway bed in the second bedroom. These are also two fully-fledged beds with a load capacity of 150 kg each. You can fold up the beds - including blankets and pillows - so that the room can also be used for playing during the day.
The flat is generally only rented by the week (minimum rental period: 1 week). Arrivals and departures normally take place on a Saturday (exceptions reserved). However, short-term enquiries for a daily rental with other arrival and departure dates are possible (min. 2 nights).
