We've been leasing our new holiday flat since 2011. It's designed to make you feel like you're renting a private holiday home. The ground floor has a modern kitchen-living room with dishwasher; rustically furnished with Swiss stone pine table and chairs; wooden ceiling and view balcony; TV and Internet connection. Through the glass façade, you'll enjoy a view of green landscape with Piz Lad and splendid mountain scenery in the background. You can access the sitting area directly through the sliding door. All you'll hear is the quiet murmur of the Rom River. The 1st floor has 1 room with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 children's room with 2 single beds, WC with bath and washing machine. Option to lease 1 additional room with 2 beds on the ground floor, with separate WC/shower. In the shoulder season, the kitchen-living room and additional room can also be leased as a studio flat.
