We rent out a historic farmhouse from the 16th century in a sunny, quiet location with a marvellous view over the Prättigau. The house was formerly used as a farmhouse, it has been partially renovated and much is still in its original state. After a day's skiing or a long hike, you can warm up in the cosy parlour by the green tiled stove on the stove bench. (Electric stoves are also available). Next door there is an adjoining room where you can retreat. The staircase leading upstairs and the upper corridor are also particularly rustic. The large bedroom exudes a special charm, making you feel like you've been transported back in time. The special thing about the building is that it was built around a rock, which is visible in the entrance area, in the kitchen, in the bathroom and on the outside wall. There is a spacious cellar in the basement. Outside, the covered terrace invites you to linger. There is also a spacious lawn at your disposal. The old Gonda also has a stable, which is inhabited by sheep, cats and rabbits. The swimming pool, ski lift and grocery shop are all within a 15-minute walk.
