The Chesa Fusso property is located on a slight slope on the edge of the old village center of Zuoz. The village centre, shopping facilities, restaurants and the international Lyceum Alpinum can be found in the vicinity of Chesa Fusso. There is a free local bus to the nearby ski resort of Zuoz, which stops close to the house. From the living room and from the balcony the view goes to the opposite mountain panorama, (the balcony is shared with the neighboring apartment). The house is very quiet. The apartment has a reserved garage space. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Fusso. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
