Welcome to Melchtal! The spacious 3.5 room flat is located in the new "Melchtal-Resort" in the canton of Obwalden, on the 1st floor of Haus Chännel 3. You can easily reach the flat by lift via the underground car park. Whether summer or winter, you will relax here. Be it skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, hiking, swimming in Lake Sarnen and much more. The resort is located in the centre of the village of Melchtal and you can use all the resort's facilities for a fee. The wellness area with bath and sauna, a fitness room, children's indoor playground, children's cinema, ninja course and a Valo arena are available. These activities can be booked during the opening hours of the resort in the Steakhouse zum Roten Stier. Please enquire about the opening times yourself. Our accommodation: The flat is perfect for a family of 4 or 4 adults. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180x200). There is a large wardrobe in the larger of the two, and a useful chest of drawers in the other. In the spacious bathroom you will find a barrier-free shower with rain function, a washbasin with mirror cabinet and a WC. The modern kitchen is well equipped and fully furnished. You will also find a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a raclette oven and a fondue set. Enjoy a cosy aperitif at the bar after an eventful day. The bright, cosy living and dining room is furnished with a table and 8 chairs, a sofa with a coffee table, as well as a TV and DVD player. Our garden seating area with table and chairs is also at your disposal. Thanks to the partial roofing of the garden area, it can also be used in bad weather. The proximity to the Melchsee-Frutt, Meiringen-Hasliberg and Engelberg ski areas as well as the numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity make the Melchtal an attractive holiday destination. Sarnen can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. Stans with its attractive country park is about 20 minutes away by car and the city of Lucerne can also be reached in just 40 minutes by car, making it ideal for a city trip! Further important information: Skis, snowboards, sledges and bicycles can be stored in the designated storage room. The flat has a parking space in the underground car park.
