Built in 1977, in an absolutely quiet location, at the end of a private road and accessed by a footpath, you can reach the shops via a field. The cross-country ski trail passes close to Chesa Falcun. The 4-room flat is on the 1st floor. The living room and balcony are south-west facing and offer a marvellous view of the mountains. The flat (92 m2 net living space) is lovingly furnished and carefully maintained. All the furniture is hand-carved from solid Swiss stone pine (Rominger company, Pontresina).
