Maximum 1 animal/ chien autorisé. Our chalet has a lot of space around it. A small wood and meadows. The village shop is a 10-minute walk away, a small swimming lake 15 minutes. And in winter, the "Skihäslitaxi" takes you to the ski area just a few metres from the house. The panoramic view is stunning. Ideal for families. Or couples looking for peace and quiet, but also sporting activities. We also live in the house ourselves on holiday. That's why it's not completely "neutralised". It has our books on the shelves, the crockery and glasses are not all identical and the bed linen and towels are not all exactly the same. And a high-voltage power line runs behind the house in a nearby meadow. If you're looking for a house where everything is perfectly furnished for tenants, you shouldn't rent ours. But it is cosy, clean and functional. And the price is fair (you have to pay extra for the final cleaning). The house has three bedrooms, each with two beds for adults. There is also a room with a single bed. There is also a baby cot in the attic. Booking and cancellation conditions: Bookings must be made at least one month before the start of the holiday. Exceptions are possible and must be clarified directly with the landlord. The amount (including deposit and final cleaning) must be transferred no later than two months before the start of the rental period. From two weeks before the start of the trip, only 50 per cent of the amount paid will be refunded if the trip is cancelled (before that, the full amount). The deposit will be refunded within three days of the end of the holiday if no major damage has occurred.
