The chalet has a large, light-flooded living and dining room, ideal for sociable evenings. The three bedrooms are cosy and offer enough space for the whole family. The kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in 2004 and are modern and functional. Further features include a covered terrace that invites you to linger and is also beautifully sunny in winter. A capsule machine (Migros Delizio) and a filter coffee machine are available in the kitchen, and entertainment is provided by an HD TV and WLAN. There is a small lawn in front of the house with a seating area and a simple fireplace - perfect for cosy evenings in the open air. Thanks to little light pollution, the starry sky in Lauenen is impressively easy to observe. Two car parking spaces are available so that you can arrive easily. The rental price includes visitor's tax, electricity, water, heating, kitchen and towelling linen and waste disposal charges. Bed linen can be booked in addition. Shopping facilities are only a 5-minute walk away in the village. In the winter season you can reach the family-friendly ski lift and the cross-country ski run in Lauenen in 15 minutes on foot or in 4 minutes by car. The renowned Gstaad ski area is just 10 minutes away by car. From spring to autumn, there are countless hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
