The new cosy and modern 2 1/2 room holiday flat (63 m2) is centrally located in beautiful Obwalden. Our new detached house is located in a very quiet yet centrally located residential neighbourhood. The holiday flat will be rented for the first time from November 2021. A bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room offers space for a maximum of 4 people. The covered seating area with evening sun and a view of the lake invites you to relax and unwind. There is a large car park directly in front of the house. Lake Sarnen and the children's playground are only 200 metres away. The village centre of Sarnen with various shopping facilities and the Seefeldpark (Lido) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The skiing and hiking areas Melchsee Frutt, Hasliberg, Engelberg Titlis and the Langis can be reached in a short time by car or public transport. In winter for skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or simply for relaxing walks. In summer, these areas with their wonderful mountain panoramas are always worth a trip for hiking or biking. Mountain railways such as Pilatus, Stanserhorn, Bürgenstock, Rigi and Titlis are all within easy reach. The beautiful city of Lucerne is only 20 minutes away by car or public transport.
